The pool area was nicely designed and the room was kept clean with new towels each day. The beds were quite large and comfy, which made for a good sleeping experience. The location of the hotel was also a plus, just a short walk away from a great sunset spot and other attractions. Another nice feature was the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The staff seemed unprepared to offer a five-star experience. During my Christmas stay, the service was slow and my breakfast surprise was forgotten and not acknowledged by staff.

My Easter break stay was amazing! the comfortable beds were one of the best aspects of the hotel. the rooftop with the view of the sunset and ocean was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with our requests. the hotel is perfectly located only a few steps away from a great place to see the sunset and the ocean. Plus, the hotel offers basic but satisfactory breakfast.

The entrance wasn't that impressive, and the staff could be more attentive to details. Some of the rooms didn't have an ocean view, and the hotel could use additional amenities, like towel hooks or better bedside tables.
